As the Director of a public library I have a wide variety of responsibilities and duties. In an effort to prioritize them I often ask myself two questions: will this be a wise and efficient expenditure of staff time and public money? And how will our patrons directly benefit from it? I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelly Drumm as the consultant for the design, content, and implementation of the new website for the John C. Fremont Library.
